@foodiefat - Cocoamaya is one of the cutest pastry parlors in town, a petite place but comes with a comprehensive range of confectionery. Its located a bit interior at Sakinaka locating this place is a bit confusing, but they do delivery at many parts till Andheri, so you can have it anytime anywhere.All the confectioneries prepared in-house so you can get a gustation like none other. They have a great value culinary, following things were tasted.The intent of arrival we were presented with cute Basket. BASKET which consisted of

Butter Croissant - A croissant is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry named for its crescent shape, sided with tea makes it irresistible, here at cocoamaya it was very nicely prepared with perfection, the buttery tang with the freshly prepared croissant dough was a delight to have it. #Pain au chocolate - Pain au chocolat, is a type of viennoiserie sweet roll consisting of a cuboid-shaped piece of yeast-leavened laminated dough, similar in texture to a puff pastry, with one or two pieces of dark chocolate in the centre, here at cocoamaya they have baked it very nice with perfect texture soothing to eyes and tongue. #Cinnamon Straws - A very simple dish made with Puff Pastry + Milk + Cinnamon + Sugar, but it tastes amazingly good, its a great and healthy snack to have (PS - Here at Cocoamaya Castor Sugar is used). #Palmiers - A palmier (French for "palm tree"), is a French pastry in a palm leaf shape or a butterfly shape, sometimes called palm leaves, simply here at cocoamaya it looks like a big sized "Little Hearts Biscuit", very nice texture to it and nicely baked leaves a strong taste. #Open Toast - After all the sweet things this is a dish which complements the whole basket to a next level, its a simple dish like tastes and resembles like garlic bread, prepared which bread+ Special type of Cheese+ some herbs. INDIVIDUAL PASTRIES

As of the signature this is Cocoamaya best selling and most acclaimed product, its made of Dark chocolate Fondant with gianduja ganache coco nibs praline and dark chocolate mousse, you will lick till the end.

#Caramel Cake

A 5 Layered Pastry consists of Caramel Mousse + Perfect amount of Chocolate Ganache + Caramel Pastry creme + Caramelized Hazelnut and Genoise Sponge, to enjoy this pastry you need to chew and feel the taste of each layer mixing with delight. PS - Genoise Sponge - A Genoise is a sponge cake that is leavened naturally with eggs using the foaming method. #Celeste

It comprised of Hazelnut Dacquoise with crispy praline and Milk Chocolate Mousse. PS - A dacquoise is a dessert cake made with layers of almond and hazelnut meringue and whipped cream or buttercream. #Frasier

Frasier

Made up of Mousseline Cream with strawberry compote and vanilla sponge imbibed with strawberry puree and burnt Italian Meringue Shakes mixed with cakes, last but not the least was topped with strawberry coated with awesomeness.PS - Crème mousseline is a silky and decadent combination of pastry cream and butter. #Bavarian

A Three layered Mousse consisted of Dark Chocolate + Milk and White Chocolate, a very fresh and smooth cake. #Mogador

Made of Dark chocolate cake with raspberry compote and smooth chocolate mousse. MACAROONS

The best thing one can have my personal favorite, Cocoamaya provides various kinds of macaroons we tried Nutella, Passion Fruit, Orange flavour and Coffee out of which Coffee one steals the show it was very strong flavoured just loved it.Cocoamaya has many more delicacies try their Shakes which is prepared by combining any of their pastries with shakes gives a taste like none other very innovatively done. PROS- - Great Taste - Freshly Baked - Well maintained ambiance - Healthy raw materials used. CONS -
