Bayroute is a one-stop place where you can explore and relish the essence of authentic middle Eastern cuisines like Lebanese, Moroccan, Greek, Arabic. Middle Eastern countries have a long cultured traditional cuisine which is maintained here at bayroute, they have worked marvellously with long way tradition to bring their culture and connect with us. Bayroute is located at Cuffe parade, as you enter, you will feel the elegant atmosphere totally taking you to another dimension where you will find the traditional artefacts like Greek Eye, Sheesha, antique bottles and many more from Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Lebanon.

DRINKS
#Eqyptian Pyramid White Wine Sangria

Sangrias are the best you can have it anytime with any dish it will just compliment each delicacy, here sangria was served in an amazing glass and gold bordered chalice, very much reflecting the traditional Eqypt, drink was infused with chunks of strawberry, pineapple, watermelon, black grapes and Reyhan (Orange) settling them down to form a pyramid and then oozed with white wine, just loved to sipped it, must recommend.
#Aleppo Chilli Guava - A perfect spicy yet refreshing Turkish drink to start a scrumptious meal ahead, ripen guava mixed with lime and Aleppo chilli. PS- Allepo chilli is a type of a capsicum found in Turkey.
#Masha Allah

Woww, this word suits perfect to this humongous jar of health, can't say whether it's a drink or a fruit salad "Eat your Drink" it's somewhat a blend of it, Masha Allah comes in a huge jar of packed fruit chunks specifically bottom to top watermelon, pineapple, pomegranate, kiwi, orange, finally topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream and nuts makes it one heaven of a drink.

A very refreshing and aromatic drink perfect in this scorching weather.
APPETISERS
HOT MEZZE
#Harrisa Chicken Kebab

A perfect preserved grilled chicken marinated with chilli, coriander and cumin, sided with jaggery molasses cream cheese, very tender delicacy.
#Shish Taouk

Charcoal grilled chicken cubes marinated in Lebanese spiced yoghurt and sided with dill and cucumber salsa. It's somewhat similar to Malai chicken tikka. PS- Dill is widely grown in Eurasia where its leaves and seeds are used as a herb or spice for flavouring food.
#Kataifi Rubyan

Skewered prawns dipped in chive pesto and wrapped with angel phyllo. Its similar to prawns wrapped with dried noodle didn't like the taste much as prawns seemed to be a bit tough to chew. PS- Filo or phyllo is a very thin unleavened dough used for making pastries in Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines
#Sumac Grilled Hamour

An traditional fish of Qatar, marinated with sumac and sesame spread over saffron mint sauce, fish was very tender, perfectly cooked with all the juices intact.
#Kebab Istanbul

A very strong flavoured lamb kebab, the meat had an excellent taste very smooth and tender which was sided with Garlic butter mint tahini sauce.
#Batata Harra

A very basic styled potato dish it's like baked fried potato served nicely potato was well cooked.
HUMMUS
#Chicken Hummus Bayroute

This is one of the best hummus ever tasted it's a Greek delicacy blended with Greek yoghurt creamy hummus makes it so very smooth its a delight to have it.
SHAWARMA
#Chicken Shawarma

Tender chicken + pickled veggies + fries wrapped within khubz bread and sided with garlic sauce, spicy schug and acili ezmi. One this about fries they taste unique I think they were baked first and then fried.
PIDE
#Pirzola

An very unique dish served brilliantly it was basically like a pizza just a long one.
MAINS
#Lavash Crust Chicken Kabsa
A zaffrani styled biryani with saffron, nuts, chicken pieces rich with flavours and taste, infused in crispy lavash casing, it was super rich and tasty.
#Snapper Tripoli
Snapper fish perfectly marinated and roasted with all the juices, flavours intact, loved the whole dish.
DESSERTS
#Lotus Drama

A dessert like none other fluffy cheese cake at the bottom topped with vanilla ice-cream, white chocolate and it had lotus cookie chunks which really raised the whole dessert notch high
#The Chocolate Fondant

A very basic dessert yet it was presented very nicely it just had a molten chocolate with almond honey crush Ice-cream sided with cute berries made it very wonderful.
Things to look for. - Unique delicacies. - Warm service. - Staff had a very good knowledge of dishes. - Prompt service. - Amazing ambience.
